The room was spacious with comfortable amenities, but
the air conditioning struggled to keep the temperature consistent. While I appreciated the great location near Pavilion and the friendly staff, I expected better maintenance of the facilities, especially for a hotel of this caliber.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring freshly made sandwiches and a good variety. Plus, the club access was a game-changer with attentive staff who treated us like royalty! Also, the location is spot on. all the best local eats like Damascus kebab and Din Tai Fung are just a hop away.
We had to wait longer than expected for check-in because our room wasn’t ready on time. Also, there was a slight hiccup with the billing when checking in, almost got overcharged. And let’s be real, the rooms definitely show signs of aging—definitely not the freshest vibes for a 5-star.

The Premium King Room was generally clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread featured both Western and Asian dishes, which was a delight. Checking in was smooth, with helpful staff available to assist. However, parking was somewhat tight, and the advertised breakfast price was misleading, leading to a higher bill than expected.

Couples should definitely check this out!
The service was perfect! Zarul and his team really went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed with every step! Having access to the lounge for breakfast was a game changer, nothing like custom brewed coffee served right at your table!
It wasn’t exactly pocket change, but totally worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were attentive, especially Hui Ting at the front desk, who ensured we had connecting rooms for our family and upgraded us without asking. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, ideal for my kids.
For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly activities available at the hotel.

The location is fantastic, right across from a popular shopping mall, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay for my family. We especially enjoyed the late-night access to the swimming pool and the well-equipped gym. While the staff at the breakfast restaurant could have been more attentive, the breakfast spread itself was amazing and a highlight of our stay.
